About Kilos
Kilos is a free workout log for strength training, for iPhone and Android. There is no cap on workouts, templates or charts, every exercise has its own chart, and you can bring your whole Strong or Hevy history in one import. A set that beats your best is marked as a record the moment you log it. Logging works offline and there are no ads. The AI coach is the paid part, Kilos Pro.

Name
Write it Kilos: a capital K, the rest lowercase, never KILOS in running text.
The app is listed in the stores as Kilos - Workout Tracker, and in Swedish storefronts as Kilos - Träningsdagbok.
Colours and type
Two grounds, black and white, with grey for secondary text. The typeface on the web is Archivo.
